Highway Chaplain
Now I have a different outlook for paying my taxes, because I could be
homeless living in the streets without any income. So I want to start a
prayer but I won’t finish it I’ll let you finish it.

I was picking up a load several years ago at a dog food manufacturer south of Atlanta, Georgia. While standing at the shipping office window, I had the great pleasure to meet a fellow by the name of Glen Myers. This month’s article is about journeys, lots of individual journeys
converging into one. As truck drivers we are all very familiar about
journeys. Isn’t that what our jobs are all about?

The CB, for a trucker it many times has saved us from heading into bad
weather, or speed traps. It has helped us to avoid traffic backups
caused by accidents or road construction. The help from other truckers
who know an alternate route has saved us many hours of frustration and
wasted time.
